. . . did you know that Middle Sister dated Best Man for a few months awhile back? Because if not, you should probably never let me hook you up with anyone. Ever.

They all mean well. And I just keep reminding myself of that: "they all mean well."

me, the bride, who would rather buy a house than a $3,000 wedding dress, but still wants to throw a righteous bash.
my internal dialogue, because as much of a bitch as I am here, in real life I put considerable effort into covering that fact up. Even if things do slip out sometimes.
mom, who just wants me to be more normal. Because getting married, planning on two kids, living in the suburbs and working as a business analyst at a huge company is somehow not normal enough for her.

maidzilla, formerly known as Young Sister, is the bridesmaid who hates every suggestion without offering any of her own.
